Your one wild and precious life

“Tell me, what else should I have done?
Doesn’t everything die at last, and too soon?
Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?”
— Mary Oliver

These questions hit differently in midlife.

Not in a dramatic, existential way —
but in a quiet, honest one.

When I found myself asking them, it wasn’t about chasing happiness or blowing my life up.

It came down to something simpler — and deeper.

Am I giving this life what I can give it?
Am I living in a way that feels true to who I am now?
Am I using my time, energy, and gifts intentionally — knowing this is finite?

For most of us reading this, there is a profound privilege here:
we do have choice in how we live, work, and contribute.

And when those choices are out of alignment, we feel it.

Our energy gets restricted.
Our life force feels pinched.

And the body lets us know.

Through health issues.
Through anxiety or depression.
Through numbness, apathy, or quiet despair.

The Gospel of Thomas captures this perfectly:

“If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you.
If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”

I’ve come to see depression not as a personal flaw —
but often as suppression.

We push down what feels true.
What wants expression.
What no longer fits the life we built — but still lives inside us.

Like holding a beach ball underwater, it takes effort… until it doesn’t.
Eventually, it forces its way up.

For many women, that moment comes in midlife.

And that’s not a failure.

It’s a threshold.

This is where the work I now offer was born.

Midlife Alignment & Purpose Coaching exists to support women who feel this call — especially when it shows up through their work, health, or sense of direction.

This isn’t about fixing you.
Or reinventing yourself.
Or forcing clarity.

It’s about removing what’s in the way of what’s already trying to come forward.

Our work together is deeply personalized and mind–body based. We explore:
• What your symptoms and patterns are actually communicating
• Where your energy is bound — physically, emotionally, energetically
• What is no longer aligned in your work or life
• And what wants to emerge now

Using a blend of mind–body pattern decoding, homeopathy, astrological insight, and coaching integration, we create the conditions for clarity, movement, and alignment — without bypassing the body or overriding yourself.

Many women are drawn to this work because their career or business is where the misalignment is loudest.

They’re capable. Experienced. Ambitious.
But no longer willing to force themselves into systems, strategies, or identities that don’t fit.

As alignment returns, work begins to reorganize naturally — around who you actually are now.

This isn’t about hustling or scaling.
It’s about integrity.
Sustainability.
Truth.

If something in this series has resonated — not just intellectually, but felt — this may be your next step.

If you’d like to explore working together, you can simply reply to this email and share a bit about what you’re navigating. We’ll have a conversation and see if this container feels right.

The unease of midlife can feel unsettling.

But it is also an opening —
a chance to bring forward what’s been buried
and live your one wild and precious life with honesty.
